Instructors who upload content to the Platform retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant Orbicus Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content for the purposes of providing the Services.

• Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

11. Limitation of Liability
